Pathopat / ClientBy commissioning services from me,
it implies that you've carefully reviewed and accepted all the terms outlined in the Terms of Service (TOS).
I commit to providing a professional experience,
and I will do my best on the project to ensure satisfaction for both the client and myself.
DISCLAIMER
◈ I DO NOT create any video that are about political or that may cause harm to individuals, hate messages, and topic that are sensitive.
◈ I will not be held responsible if a created video, made with the commissioners requests,
ends up with negative publicity or affecting them in a negative social light.
◈ All crucial details must be communicated at the time of placing the order.
◈ If you wish for your request to be private, it must be stated during the ordering process.

Payment Policy
◈ Currently accepting only PAYPAL at this moment
◈ Only accepting USD the and client will be responsible for any currency conversion rates.
◈ Invoice will send out through email.
Timeline
◈ If there is a rush for the product, there will be a 30% fee.
◈ If I cannot make up the product by the timeline there will be 100% refund.
◈ I will refuse to do a commission if I feel like the deadline is just not doable.
Refund Policy
◈ Kindly be aware that upon payment for the commission, your decision is considered final after receiving the rough draft. *watermark will be added to the rough draft.
◈ Refunds will be provided if I'm unable to finish the project within time.
◈ Please understand that chargebacks will not be accepted.If you do need to chargeback for personal reason please let me know first when you decide to chargeback.

∇ Client and I both own rights for projects, but I will not use any clients projects as commercial usage.Music
∇ I will provide an Artlist License code for the music used in the project. Clients can use the code provided to address issues such as YouTube copyright disputes.
Warranties➤ I makes no representations or warranties regarding the services, and the services are provided
on an "as is" basis. The Client acknowledges that the services may not be error-free, and Pathopat
shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any errors or omissions in the services.
By commissioning Pathopat, you are agreeing to these terms, the Client acknowledges
that they have read and understood them, and that they agree to be bound by them.
